This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains where we ship, delivery options, timings, and what to do if something goes wrong in transit. This policy applies to all orders placed on our website.
1) Where we ship
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
2) Delivery options & estimated timings
Delivery times are estimates and start from the date your order is dispatched.
- Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed on the next working day.
3) Dispatch & tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch via confirmation email
4) Delivery costs
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5) Delays
We’ll always do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but delays can happen due to events outside our control (for example, carrier disruption or severe weather).
If your order is delayed beyond the estimate, please contact us and we will help investigate.
6) Lost, missing, or “delivered but not received” parcels
If your tracking shows your parcel is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us with your order number and any relevant details so we can investigate with the carrier.

7) Damaged parcels or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with:
- your order number, and
- a clear description of the issue (photos are helpful but not required).
This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

For delivery questions, please contact us and include your order number. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
