All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we'll offer alternatives or a full refund.
5. Pricing & Payment -review
Prices
- All prices are in GBP and include VAT at the current UK rate
- Prices may change at any time but won't affect confirmed orders
- If a pricing error occurs, we'll contact you with options to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund
Payment
- Payment is required in full when ordering
- We accept: Credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- We may validate payment details and perform fraud checks before accepting orders
Promotional Codes
- Cannot be combined unless stated
- Single use only
- Subject to expiration dates and specific terms
- Cannot be applied retroactively or exchanged for cash
6. Orders & Contract Formation
How Orders Work
- You add items to your cart and submit your order
- We send an order confirmation email (this is NOT acceptance of your order)
- We send a dispatch confirmation email when we ship your order
- A binding contract is formed when we send the dispatch confirmation
Right to Refuse Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, even after confirmation, due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing errors
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraud
- Inability to fulfill delivery
If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.
Order Changes
Once placed, orders cannot be modified. Contact us immediately at info@miyora.co.uk if you need to make changes—we'll try to help but cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

14-Day Cancellation Right
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.
Important for cosmetics: You can only return unopened products with intact tamper seals. Once opened, cancellation rights don't apply (Regulation 28 - hygiene reasons).

- Defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987

- Allergic reactions to listed ingredients
- Use of products past expiration
Maximum liability: Our total liability for any claim cannot exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
